Online Reservation System

Step One
Please provide your email address in the field provided then click the NEXT button.

Step Two
Please confirm your prefered account information or fill in your customer information and click the next button. You may opt to register your email address and become a preferred customer. We will save the information you provide here for your future reservations. You will be sent an email to complete the process. NOTICE for SENIORS: Email registration is required to qualify for a senior discount but senior discounts are not available until your age is verified. Age verification is performed after registering your email address. You can select to register your email and continue to reserve a location as a Guest without a senior discount or choose to register and exit the reservation process.

Step Three
Please confirm the information you provided or if you have a prefered account, you will be asked to confirm the registration information for your account

Step Three
Select the Park in which you want to make a reservation. If you need information about the parks, click the information button near the parks listing. Most locations have a three night minimum reservation with the exception of the Walleye Pavilion (1 Day Minimum). After selecting the park, you need to choose a Check In and a Check Out date. See Info below for more detailed information. Click the next button to proceed to the next step.

Step Four
Please initial the waiver and health alert! You will not be permitted to make a reservation if you do not initial.

Step Five
Please make your Park selection here. You can chose from parks open for reservations which may include Walleye Park, Walleye Pavilion, Walleye Tent sites, Twin Oaks Park, and Guthrie Park. You may then select your desired check in and check out dates for the selected park. When you click the check-in or check-out fields, the calendar selections will only show valid check in and check out dates for the chosen park.

Step Six
A grid of site locations from your selected park are displayed with map buttons below each block. Site blocks in GREEN are available for reservation. Site blocks in GRAY are not available. You may select up to three locations to reserve. If the site you are looking for does not appear in green, it is not available within your selected date range. If the location you want to reserve is unavailable, click on the site to check availability. You may click the back button to change your date range at any time. When you have made your site selection(s) the green CHECKOUT button will be available to complete your purchase.

Confirmation
The last step is to confirm your reservation. You must agree to the terms of the reservation then review the details of the reservation which includes the total charge. Each site up to three, will show the individual nightly rate allong with the check in and out dates and the total number of days for your visit. When ready, click the PAY NOW button to be transfered to PayPal to make your online payment and complete your reservation. It is possible that someone else has already reserved a location you planned to purchase during this process and you will be notified if a selected site is no longer available. If this happens you will be sent back to make any changes before trying to complete your reservation again.

Payment
Once you are transfered to PayPal for payment, please make it as soon as possible. Your selections will be reserved as a "cart in progress" awaiting payment for a certain amount of time before being returned to available sites. During the cart in progress period you are not able to make further reservations or changes until payment is completed or the cart times out and the selections returned to available sites.

Important Information
There are a number of important policies to keep in mind when using the online system:

Payment for On-Line reservations
• All reservations must be paid in full using PayPal or major credit card.
• On-line reservations are held for no more than 5 minutes waiting for payment from PayPal. Please complete your payment promptly.
• It is possible that someone else is in a reservation transaction on the location that you are considering and it gets reserved before you commit to pay.
• If you attempt to pay for a reservation and the location is no longer available, the on-line system will halt your PayPal transaction and allow you to start over.
• Due to the above considerations, we recommend starting a reservation only when you are ready to complete the transaction.

Reservation Limits and Minimum Stay requirements
• You can NOT reserve more than three (3) locations per transaction with the online reservation system.
• The maximum reservation length is fourteen (14) days for the on-line system
• All on-line reservations for RV camp sites require a three (3) day minimum stay.
• All on-line reservations for the Walleye Pavilion requires a one (1) day minimum stay.
• All on-line reservations for Twin Oaks Park require a three (3) day minimum stay.

Reservation Daily Rates
• Walleye park's RV Camp sites are $50.00 to $65.00 per day with a three (3) day minimum requirement. (Senior rate (over 65) is $40.00 to $55.00 per day)
• The Walleye Pavilion is $100.00 per day with a one (1) day minimum requirement.
• Twin Oaks Park is $400.00 per day with a three (3) day minimum requirement.
• Off-Season discounts are usually offered for the months November through February as well. See current price schedule...

Reservation Scheduling Limitations
On-line reservations may be placed up to 60 days in advance of your arrival for all but Walleye Pavilion and Twin Oaks. (See below) You may only select dates over the next 62 days for your Check-In date. On-line reservations may be placed no less than three (3) days in advance of your arrival. You can NOT select a date earlier than 3 days from today for your Check-In date. The Walleye Pavilion can be reserved up to six (6) months in advance and Twin Oaks can be reserved one (1) year in advance.

Park Check In and Check Out Times
• Walleye Park reservations check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 2:00 PM on the final day.
• Walleye Pavilion reservations check in time is 8:00 AM and check out time is 10:00 PM each day it is reserved.
• Twin Oaks Park reservations check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 2:00 PM on the final day.

Senior Discount
Franklin County Water District offers special pricing for seniors wishing to reserve park locations. The daily rate with the senior discount is $25.00 per day for standard sites and $45 for premium sites. Twin Oaks Park is not discounted. You must register your email address and verify your date of birth to qualify for the senior rate. The senior discount can only be applied to one site per calendar day. This means that you cannot have a reservation with a senior discount overlapping the dates of another reservation using a senior discount. If you are entitled to a senior discount and attempt to reserve a park site on a date where you have already used the senior discount, the system will inform you that your discount has already been used within this time period and allow you to continue and pay the non-discounted rate. If you qualify for the senior rate and have not used the discount during the selected time period of a new reservation, the system will automatically select the highest priced site to apply the discount. If more than one site share the highest price, the system will select the first one you picked with this price.

Reservation Cancellation Policies
Please note: Cancellations policies differ among the parks.

Walleye Park Cancellations
• Reservation cancellations for a refund or rescheduling require a seven (7) day notice.
• Cancellations with less than a seven (7) day notice will be charged a non-refundable one (1) day rate per site, as well as the applicable credit card fee.
• Reservations cancelled on the day of your arrival are non-refundable.
• Any cancellation for a holiday reservation (Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day) must cancel the complete reservation. There will be no partial cancellations for a holiday reservation.

Twin Oaks Park Cancellations
• Reservation cancellations for a full refund require at least a 90-day notice.
• Reservation cancellations for a 50% refund require at least a 60-day notice.
• No refunds will be issued without at least a 60-day notice.
• Any cancellation for a holiday reservation (Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day) must cancel the complete reservation. There will be no partial cancellations for a holiday reservation.
