Prior to the conveyance of any Leased Property to any entity permitted under Article 12.2, the District shall be provided with copies of all applicable formation and authority documents and shall have a reasonable time, but in any case, no less than ten (10) business days, to review such documents and confirm their compliance with the District’s Rules and Regulations.
