The Board at its May meeting approved a scope of work for a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) for Flood Relief Project Alternatives. A copy of the approved scope along with the presentation from Carollo Engineers is available on the Flood Portal page of the Districts website.
The District's legal and engineering teams are continuing work on the construction permitting issue and it appears that we are still on the time schedule to begin issuing permits that was reported on at the Boards April meeting.
