Action Items
A. Board heard a request by Mr. Garrett, Lot 10, Phase 3, Panther Creek Pass Subdivision to waive or reduce an Administrative Penalty in the amount of $4,000 that had been assessed for the painting/staining of a a boathouse without a permit. The Board declined the request and the penalty stands as assessed.
B. The 2013 tax rate for debt service was set at $0.0260 per $100 of value.
