the franklin county water district is a conservation and reclamation district created by a special act of the legislature in 1965. the duty of the district is to control, store, preserve and distribute its waters and flood waters for all useful purposes.

Walleye Park Camper Site Status, 1-17-12

Below is the status of Walleye camper sites with regard to the ongoing retaining wall construction in the park. Pads 1 – 12 are open. Pads 13 – 24 are open with construction between them and the water. Pads, 41-45 and 48 are temporarily out of service.
